For over a decade TC has been exclusively coaching and training leaders to develop their leadership acumen; integrate into their team in a constructive manner and progress in their career path.
Using 360° assessment tools and psychometric evaluations, TC works with her clients to determine their strengths and establish the specific leadership competencies that are essential for their development.
With a Masters Degree in Leadership and Training, TC combines her theoretical and practical knowledge and her no-nonsense coaching style to assist her clients to establish and accomplish their personal and professional goals.
She has taken a leadership role in the International coaching community by holding such positions as Leadership member of the Vancouver Chapter of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), mentor to new and upcoming coaches in the CTI community and mentor to Masters Degree students at Royal Roads University.
TC is certified through the Coaches Training Institute and holds the CPCC designation as well as the PCC designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has been a member in good standing of the ICF since 1997 and is proud to be one of the first members of the International Positive Psychology Association. TC is trained to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and is licensed to use "B" level psychometric assessments.
TC continues her lifelong commitment to learning through world-class training, including most recently studying under David Cooperrider founder of Appreciative Inquiry. Her current goal is to attain a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership.
