Executive coaching is the approach of working with an individual in an organizational setting to help define his/her goals; create an evidence-based plan and move into action.
During this process, we coach your leader one-on-one to support them in strengthening their leadership competency. These competencies, which are determined by your organization, can include:
• Business acumen
• Engages stakeholders
• Demonstrates accountability
• Leads with vision
Tools such as 360° degree feedback are utilized to clarify which competencies your leader will focus on. From there we work with your leader to create a plan and straightforward methods to put the plan into action immediately. Benchmarks are set and each marker reached is duly recognized. After a pre-determined period (3-6 months) another 360° degree feedback is initiated to evaluate your leader’s progress.
